Olympic lifts

LIFT LIKE A CHAMPION

Focusing solely on Clean & Jerk and Snatch, this session aims to develop the strength and technical ability to perform these lifts. Through attentive coaching and progressive programming, you will experience Oly lifting as a sport and where it can fit into your own training programme.

GO FURTHER WITH ISC

ISC fitness sessions progress each week to ensure you see and feel results. Starting with a whole body resistance circuit which promotes strength, muscle tone and joint health, the session finishes with an intervals-style cardio circuit to improve and develop your fitness.

Introduce and immerse yourself into the ISC training system with a four-week trial. Within the four weeks, you will receive a consultation with an ISC coach, four Personal Programme sessions, four Group Training sessions and access to the TrainHeroic fitness app.

Not at all. By tailoring each type of session at ISC and receiving constant support from the coaches, we will work with you to ensure you are training at a level relevant to you.
Quite the opposite! While photos and videos may tell you otherwise, no one walked through our doors at a peak level of fitness. We want to be with you as your health and fitness develops.
We accommodate a maximum of 12 people in each group session. Our aim is to keep the classes small enough so you receive enough coaching but at a size that maintains an atmosphere.
Yes. Each session is designed by the ISC coaching team and led by an ISC coach. The coaches are there to ensure you get the most out of your hour's training.
This completely depends on your training goal. We offer a variety of classes to ensure you have plenty of options with your training. The ISC coaches will also advise you whenever you need it.
