Every member has access to our online training app where current and previous workouts can be stored. All programmes are designed by our coaches, similar to your Personal Programme sessions. You can even use the programmes when away from ISC.

FAQs

Open Gym is a timetabled session that ISC members can attend without constant supervision from our coaches, although they are always on hand to help when needed. It allows further flexibility within the ISC timetable.
We have Open Gym sessions timetabled throughout the week at all times of the day, helping with member’s busy schedules. It also allows members to catch up on training sessions if a Personal Programme session has been missed.
Open Gym is probably the best example of why we use the online training app. All members can have as many training programmes as they like, all uploaded via the app and accessible at any time
Our online training comes with hundreds of exercise tutorials and descriptions to help our members understand what’s required of them. In addition, there will always be a member of the ISC staff on site to answer questions and assist.
No more than eight people can attend Open Gym at a time, and all sessions are scheduled on the timetable like the other services at ISC. The number of allocated spaces can differ depending on the time and day. This ensures every member always has ample space to exercise.
The gym is totally open, meaning if the programme requires you to use any bit of the equipment on offer, you may. Our coaches are always on site, so they'll be able to help if you are unsure how to do an exercise or use a piece of equipment.
