EVERY GYM SESSION IS A PT SESSION

With no more that three people in attendance at one time, each member will receive
a personal and individualised programme. As everyone’s goals are different, ISC will
ensure that when exercising these individual aspirations are catered for.

Every session is supervised by one of our expert ISC coaches. Personal Programmes are your chance to have a more individual experience with our coaches.

Our flexible timetable allows our members to work around their busy day-to-day schedules without missing out on their training sessions.

All programmes are uploaded to our online training app. This means our members have access to their sessions, even when away from ISC.

WE OFFER A FOUR-WEEK

Introduce yourself to ISC with our four-week trial. Within the four weeks, you will receive a consultation with one of our coaches, four Personal Programme sessions, four Group Classes and access to TrainHeroic. We feel this is the best way to understand and immerse yourself into the training and culture at ISC.

FAQs

Personal Programme works on a 3:1 basis, though each attendee’s session is totally individual. It combines the best parts of individual training with all the benefits and dynamics of training in a group.
Members get access to all of ISC’s services. Ultimately, we want you to attend as much as you need to achieve your goal. That means Personal Programme sessions can be mixed with both Group Classes and use of the Open Gym facility.
We use an app called TrainHeroic. By downloading this app to your phone or tablet and using ISC’s unique calendar login that you receive upon joining, you will have access to your own personal exercise diary, tutorial and programme, complete with tracking and stats.
We run Personal Programme sessions at various times throughout the working week. We understand people have busy day-to-day schedules that are constantly changing. Our flexible timetable allows our members to attend whenever suits them.
Upon joining ISC, one of our coaches will contact you directly. Before your first session, we will try and establish what it is you want to achieve, and design the programme based on your goals. If any changes need to be made at any time, our coaches will discuss the best way to take your programme forward.
